DATATEHNIK is a company which main occupation is maintenance and production of electronic assemblies and devices. With 15 employees and with over 15 years of expirience we can provide services in design and construction of all types, both individual PCB and assemblies in electronics and automation.
More than 100,000 of our circuit is built into the devices around world. Our partners are the largest companies in Sweden and recent capacity expansion, we began to work for American and domestic market.
DATATEHNIK can offer services in all stages of the production process - from the simplest semi-finishing to whole production process (design, simulate, manufacture, testing, multiplying)
Our main activities are:
- Maintenance of CNC and NC machines and spare parts procurement
- Production of parts and assemblies made of aluminum and other materials
- Automated robotic filling plate SMT components
- Manual setting of common components (TH) and SMD
- Mounting on one side and both sides of printed circuit boards
- Lead-free production process
- Machine wash of finished PCB (Oko 1000,Imo GmbH chemicals)
- Wiring, making installation of cables and connectors with original crimper tools
- Testing and integration of components in the final/intermediate product
